How Can severe Arm Pain Be Treated?

I did an ECG today after experiencing pain in the left arm . It came back normal I am at home and still having pain .i was told it could be as a result of how I exercised on Thursday. I have my period also and I am getting a lot of cramps can this be related

Your symptoms seem to be related to myalgia.

I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

I also recommend using anti-inflammatory cream such as Voltaren cream for local application.
